Patients whose hospitalization documents are issued should first apply to the secretary of the department to which they will be hospitalized, with their identity card and hospitalization documents.

• Name, surname and signature of the patient and/or his/her relative’s acceptance of the hospitalization.
Our patients are hospitalized, hospital rules, etc. You can learn the information from the secretariat to which the admission is made.
The patient, who is officially hospitalized, communicates with the physician in the service he will be admitted to, and the room he will stay in is determined and treatment procedures are started in the hospital.
The patient’s vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, etc.) and anamnesis are taken by the service nurse, and patient follow-up is started by means of nurse observation forms.
The patient and/or his/her relative may use the right to participate in the treatment, refuse or interrupt the treatment. The patient’s physician provides the necessary information about these rights.
As a result of the order written by the relevant physician to the patient, the treatment begins and the care and examinations continue.
